Ron Farina – Director of Business Development
Ron Farina is a manager with over 30 years of experience in infrastructure design, IT management, and Marketing. Prior to joining MPL Systems he was responsible for designing the first structured cabling system for one of today’s largest communications company in North America. He managed the Data Communications Network for International Paper Company and has provided technology consultant services to numerous Wall Street Investment and Banking Institutions.
Mr. Farina's tenure with MPL Systems began in 1982 as a cable plant design engineer. He was instrumental in developing the designs that supported some of largest corporate relocations in the NY Metropolitan Area. In 1985 Mr. Farina assumed responsibility for the account management of MPL Systems' Financial and Fortune 500 services division. In the spring of 1987 he began his career in sales and he became the Director of Business Development in 1989.
Mr. Farina's ability as a relationship manager coupled with his technical competencies has led to significant revenue growth for the company. His experience in understanding our clients objectives allows us to present cost effective solutions to address our clients' technology needs.
Fritz Rey – Director - Engineering/Sales Account Manager
Fritz Rey leverages his 15 years of experience designing and managing complex engineering projects to develop and implement advanced technology infrastructure strategies for MPL clients.
Mr. Rey's background includes numerous and diverse project management and consulting engagements that demonstrate his broad technical and engineering skills, as well as an orientation towards successful, on-time results.
Today Mr. Rey is responsible for multiple New Jersey School network re-engineering projects as well as designing networks for scores of Small and Medium Sized Businesses. Mr. Rey also has sales responsibility for numerous Enterprise clients where he assists in addressing resource requirements as well as IT solutions.
Mike Castaneda – Director of SME Services
Mike Castaneda is responsible for the strategic direction of MPL's SME Services organization, focusing on delivering the equivalent level of services offered to Enterprise clients to our Small and Medium sized Enterprise clients. He has developed and continues to refine a broad scope of services across numerous vertical markets. He is also responsible for creating Strategic Alliance partners that bring unparalleled value to our clients.
Mr. Castaneda joined MPL Systems in 1987. Since then he has held several manufacturers' technical certifications and was employed at several of MPL’s enterprise clients in consultative and technical support roles before launching the SME Services division. Today the division’s client roster includes all verticals with firms such as architectural, manufacturing, medical, law, retail, financial engineering, design, government, and education, as well as technologically savvy executive and residential clients.
Glenn Enoch – Director – Cable Design & Installation
Glenn Enoch is responsible for the Structured Cabling Systems, Infrastructure Support, and Installation Services division for MPL Systems Inc. He is a highly experienced technologist with an extensive background in defining, managing, and delivering complex infrastructure projects. Because of his many years of experience in this area and commitment to quality of workmanship and design, the level of customer satisfaction is unrivaled.
Mr. Enoch joined MPL Systems Inc. in 1981 when he graduated from Metropolitan Technical Institute with a degree in Electronics Technology. He began as an installation technician on legacy communications equipment and cabling systems, along with commodity pricing data distribution and video display systems. He became an Installation manager in 1992 and was promoted to Technical Service Director in 1998 where he managed the design and installation of fiber optic backbone solutions and structured cabling systems for several corporate campus locations throughout northern New Jersey.
Today Mr. Enoch is the Director of Cable / Design and Installation Services. He is dedicated to superior customer satisfaction for both small to medium size businesses and clients at Fortune 500 companies.
Irene Cramer – Director, Human Resources & Recruiting
Irene Cramer is responsible for all policies, benefits and procedures as it relates to Human Resources. In conjunction with those responsibilities, Ms. Cramer directs the recruiting team and develops initiatives to ensure that the company maintains its outstanding retention rate.
Ms. Cramer has been with MPL Systems since 1993, in the capacity of Accounting, Payroll and Benefits Administrator, and currently serves as Director of Human Resources and Recruiting. Prior to joining MPL, she was a Corporate Administrator for the CEO and VP of John E. Joyce, Inc. Ms. Cramer also held roles as Comptroller and Manager of Human Resources at Joyce.
Ms. Cramer is committed to continuing to build a strong internal and external employment brand to attract the best candidates. She continually evaluates and assesses employee benefits and endeavors to offer a benefits package that is instrumental in retaining key employees.
